cl4rity Massage- Relax and Revitalise
Swedish Body Massage
Swedish Body Massage or "classic massage" aims to improve circulation and relieve muscle tension. It was introduced by Per Henrik Ling in the early 19th century and uses a range of different massage techniques. It is a popular choice for relaxation, stress relief and pain management.
Aromatherapy Massage
An aromatherapy massage is perfect for those who need to unwind and relax. Essential oils derived from plants are blended with a choice of massage carrier oil to enhance the massage experience and promote relaxation. You'll have a through consultation (like all treatments) where we'll discuss what you want to get from your massage and a blend of oils will be tailored to your needs. If you like the aromas from the blend, why not ask to have your blend to take away with you.

Japanese Head Spa
A Japanese Head Spa is a fairly new holistic treatment that promotes deep relaxation through massage, cleansing, a wellness steam capsule with a blend of essential oils and a hair mask. This treatment can relieve stress, relieve anxiety, improve sleep, improve circulation and provide hair and scalp relief.
There are four Japanese Head Spa treatments available.
